I specialize in carefully creating some of the most functional, ecologically responsible buildings in the world, as well as crafting the renovations of historic structures. I am highly experienced in designing multi-family, retail, hospitality and custom residence projects for an ecosocialist future.
My design style is global minimalism, a more efficient heir to modernism which incorporates and responds to its surrounding location and culture. I believe that buildings should be simple, beautiful, and uplifting backgrounds for our lives. I am fluent in feng shui and grounded buildings.
I work from my office in Ensenada, Mexico and my drafters are located in the Philippines, so we offer you the same quality that you would get from any world-class firm for a fraction of the price.
I have designed over 500 projects in over a dozen countries and in all major climate types over the past 30 years. I work beyond International Building Code requirements to ensure your building is designed to the highest quality and functions as efficiently as possible.
I no longer travel to the USA, but I am actively licensed in Maryland and North Carolina, with expired licenses in Colorado, Georgia, New Mexico, Vermont, and Washington. I can create a sealed set of construction drawings for your project, but permits are the responsibility of you and your contractor. Apologies, I no longer work in California, Florida, Illinois, or Texas.
